• Device telemetry — electrical, mechanical, and operational data transmitted by IKS PLC units connected to the platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery) which is hosted in Google Cloud data centres. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, Firebase Authentication, and role-based Firestore security rules. No storage medium is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers — Google Firebase, ZeptoMail (email delivery), and other infrastructure vendors necessary to operate the Service.
• Authorised administrators — admins and distributors assigned to your account have visibility of device data and user lists within their scope.
• Legal obligation — where required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

6. Data Retention

Device telemetry and event logs are retained for as long as the associated device remains active on the platform, or as contractually agreed with the administrator. Account data is retained until account deletion is requested. You may request deletion by contacting us at info@intellicntrl.com.
